Return & Warranty Policy

General Policy Overview

At Contact Front Airsoft & Paintball, we stand behind the products we sell. Please read this policy carefully. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide clear guidelines to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all customers.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, Contact Front Airsoft ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, with certain product restrictions. We do not accept international orders. Any orders placed from outside the United States will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

General Conditions

Timeframe: If you changed your mind and would like to return a product (unused, unopened, still in brand-new condition), you may do so within 14 days after delivery. A restocking fee of 15% (intact packaging) or 30% (damaged packaging) will apply. Free return shipping labels are not provided for non-defective returns.

Condition of Items: All items must be in brand-new, unused, and unmodified condition. Items showing any signs of wear, installation, or use will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

Proof of Purchase: A valid, original receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and follow these steps if damage is found:

- Report Within 48 Hours: Shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging (inside and out), and the shipping label before moving or discarding anything.
- Contact Us: Email support@contactfrontairsoft.com or call 734-744-8800 with your order number and photos attached.
- Do Not Use the Item: Using a damaged item may further complicate the claim process and could affect eligibility for replacement.

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Replacements or refunds are issued only after the carrier claim is reviewed and approved. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved, as the carrier may require a physical inspection of the package.

Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays in processing claims. Resolution timelines are determined by the shipping carrier.

Defective Items

We accept product defect exchanges within the following timeframes after delivery:

- Airsoft guns, paintball markers, and electronics: 14 calendar days
- Accessories, parts, and gear: 30 calendar days

To be eligible, the product must be returned in the condition received, with all original packaging and accessories included. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for confirmed defective items. No restocking fees apply to valid defect exchanges.

All returns are subject to inspection by our returns department before being processed. Returns that are missing factory packaging, show signs of abuse, or involve opened consumables are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of the products, certain items are not eligible for return. These items are sold "AS IS" and are final sale:

Opened Consumables: Paintballs, BBs, CO2 cartridges, green gas, smoke grenades, and other gas or pyrotechnic products.

Opened Electronics and Batteries: Includes batteries, chargers, MOSFET, HPA engines and all kinds of circuit boards.

Custom or Modified Items: Any product that has been modified, upgraded, or altered in any way by the customer or a third party.

Installed Parts: Once a part has been installed or attempted to be installed, it is no longer returnable.

Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or during a sale event are final.

Mystery Boxes & Boneyard Items: All mystery boxes and boneyard items are final sale.

Used Items: All used or refurbished items are final sale.

Note: Garments are eligible for return under specific conditions — see below.

Garments or Tactical Apparel:

All garments and tactical gear or apparel must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Items that are soiled, laundered, or missing original tags will not be accepted under any circumstance and will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Restocking Fees

All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% if packaging is intact, or 30% if packaging is damaged, to cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and handling.

The restocking fee may increase for items returned with damaged or incomplete packaging.

For orders that received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.

Return Process

To submit a return request online, please visit our RMA Request page at https://www.contactfrontairsoft.com/pages/rma-request. No account sign-in is required. Have an account? Sign in at https://www.contactfrontairsoft.com/account to view your order history before submitting your request.

Request a Return: Before sending any item back, you must submit an RMA request and receive an approved RMA number. Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused and returned at your expense.

Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards. Then place the item inside a separate shipping box.

Ship the Package: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and should use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange. Please be aware that some return items may be denied after inspection.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Alternatively, at the customer's request, refunds may be applied as store credit. Please indicate your preference when submitting your return request.

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS:

We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. If you are dissatisfied with your order or experience any problems, please contact us first at support@contactfrontairsoft.com or 734-744-8800 before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

In most cases, we can resolve issues faster than the chargeback process allows. Chargebacks initiated while an active return, exchange, or refund request is being processed may affect your eligibility for future purchases from our store.

Product Warranty

Manufacturer's Warranty:

Most products carry a limited warranty from the original manufacturer. We may refer you directly to the manufacturer for warranty service. This allows for faster and more efficient processing of warranty claims. We are not liable for manufacturer delays or policies.

The warranty period for these products is determined by the manufacturer.

To process your exchanges or warranty repairs as quickly as possible, we may assist you in communicating directly with distributors/manufacturer's warranty repair centers.

Products may require registration upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to register their new airsoft products with the manufacturer to receive a warranty through them.

All warranty work must be performed through the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer through their website or as otherwise stated on the documentation included with the product.

Any product issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer, and you should contact them directly for service.

KWA Products

KWA Performance Industries, Inc. offers a 90-day warranty on all KWA products they import and distribute. Parts and part assemblies sold independently have NO WARRANTY unless installed by a KWA Performance Industries, Inc. technician.

What Voids the Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. The following actions will immediately void your warranty:

Disassembly: Opening, modifying, or disassembling the product.

Incorrect Consumables: Using low-quality BBs, incorrect gas, or incompatible batteries.

Unauthorized Repair: Any attempted repairs or modifications by an unauthorized person or third party.

Abuse: Physical damage from accidents, drops, or improper handling.

Altered Orange Tip: For airsoft guns, the orange safety tip is a federal requirement. Any alteration or removal of the orange tip voids all warranties and violates federal law.

Use of LiPO/LiFE/Li-Ion or any other high voltage/current batteries in guns not specifically advertised by the manufacturer as "LiPO, LiFE, or LiION-Ready".

Usage of low-quality and/or high-pressure Green Gas can cause extensive damage to internal components and void the warranty. Use a quality brand Green Gas.

WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY — Paintball-Specific Conditions:

The following actions will also void the warranty on paintball markers and related equipment:

  • Incorrect Propellant: Using CO2 in a marker not rated for CO2, or exceeding the manufacturer's recommended operating pressure with HPA.
  • Low-Quality Paintballs: Using substandard, oversized, or brittle paintballs that cause barrel or bolt damage.
  • Failure to Lubricate: Neglecting routine o-ring and seal maintenance as specified by the manufacturer.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Installing aftermarket parts or performing modifications not approved by the manufacturer.
  • Over-Pressurization: Adjusting the velocity or pressure beyond the manufacturer's rated limits.
  • Physical Damage: Damage resulting from drops, impacts, or improper storage (e.g., storing with gas still in the marker).

Warranty Claim Process

Troubleshooting: Contact us at support@contactfrontairsoft.com or 734-744-8800 to troubleshoot the issue. Many problems can be resolved over the phone or email.

RMA for Warranty: If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we will issue an RMA number.

Ship the Item: Follow the shipping instructions from the Returns section. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility.

Inspection and Service: Our technicians will inspect the item to confirm the defect and validate the warranty. If the claim is covered, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If no defect is found, or if the warranty is voided, you will be responsible for diagnostic fees and return shipping.

General Legal Notice

All purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to buy airsoft or paintball markers. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these products.
